K-Shop Rush 이용약관

본 약관은 HCLab. (이하 “회사”)이 제공하는 모바일 게임 K-Shop Rush(이하 “게임”)의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 회사가 제공하는 게임 및 이에 부수하는 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

  1. 본 약관은 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모든 이용자에게 효력이 발생합니다.
  2. 회사는 필요 시 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 게임 내 공지 또는 스토어 공지를 통해 안내합니다.
  3. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우, 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정을 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

제3조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

  1. 회사는 이용자에게 게임, 콘텐츠, 광고, 이벤트 등을 제공합니다.
  2. 회사는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경·중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전 공지를 원칙으로 합니다. 다만, 불가피한 사유가 있는 경우 사후에 공지할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

  1. 회사 또는 제3자의 지적재산권 침해 행위
  2. 게임 내 버그·오류를 악용하거나 부정한 방법으로 이익을 취하는 행위
  3. 타인의 개인정보를 무단으로 수집·이용하는 행위
  4. 법령 또는 공서양속에 반하는 행위

제5조 (결제 및 환불)

  1. 게임 내 유료 아이템은 구글 플레이스토어, 애플 앱스토어의 결제 시스템을 통해 구매할 수 있습니다.
  2. 환불은 각 앱 마켓의 정책에 따르며, 회사는 이에 대해 별도의 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  3. 게임 내 유료 아이템 중 ‘소모성 아이템’은 구매와 동시에 사용이 이루어지므로 환불이 불가능합니다. 단, 법령상 달리 정한 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

제6조 (광고 게재)

  1. 회사는 서비스 운영과 관련하여 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다.
  2. 이용자는 서비스 이용 시 노출되는 광고에 대해 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

제7조 (개인정보 보호)

  1. 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위하여 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
  2. 구체적인 개인정보 처리 내용은 별도의 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (서비스의 중단 및 해지)

  1. 이용자가 본 약관을 위반한 경우 회사는 사전 통보 없이 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 해지할 수 있습니다.
  2. 이용자가 원할 경우 언제든 서비스 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (면책조항)

  1. 회사는 천재지변, 서버 장애, 네트워크 문제 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  2. 회사는 이용자가 게임을 통해 기대하는 수익이나 성과를 보장하지 않습니다.

제10조 (준거법 및 관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 회사와 이용자 간 발생한 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

제11조 (데이터 보존 및 책임 제한)

  1. 본 게임은 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 이용자의 게임 진행 데이터는 단말기의 저장 공간(PlayerPrefs 등)에 저장됩니다.
  2. 이용자가 단말기를 변경하거나 애플리케이션을 삭제·재설치하는 경우, 데이터가 초기화될 수 있으며 회사는 이에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the mobile game K-Shop Rush (“Game”), provided by HCLab. (“Company”). By using the Game, users agree to the rights, obligations, and responsibilities set forth in these Terms.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the users in connection with the use of the Game and related services (“Services”).

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms apply to all users of the Services.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms when necessary, and amended Terms will be announced within the Game or via the app store.
  3. If a user does not agree with the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Services and delete their account.

Article 3 (Provision and Modification of Services)

  1. The Company provides users with the Game, content, advertisements, events, and related Services.
  2. The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the Services. In such cases, prior notice will be given whenever possible, but in unavoidable situations, notice may be given afterward.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following:

  1. Infringing intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  2. Exploiting bugs or errors, or using unauthorized methods to gain unfair advantages
  3. Collecting or using another person’s personal information without permission
  4. Any act that violates laws or public order and morals

Article 5 (Payments and Refunds)

  1. Paid items within the Game can be purchased via Google Play Store or Apple App Store payment systems.
  2. Refunds are subject to the policies of each app marketplace, and the Company bears no additional responsibility.
  3. Consumable items are non-refundable once purchased and used, due to the nature of immediate consumption. Exceptions may apply if required by law.

Article 6 (Advertisements)

  1. The Company may display advertisements related to the operation of the Services.
  2. By using the Services, users are deemed to consent to the display of such advertisements.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

  1. The Company complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, to protect user data.
  2. Specific details on data handling are outlined in the separate Privacy Policy.

Article 8 (Suspension and Termination of Services)

  1. If a user violates these Terms, the Company may restrict or terminate their use of the Services without prior notice.
  2. Users may request to delete their account at any time.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall not be held liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, including natural disasters, server failures, or network issues.
  2. The Company does not guarantee any revenue or results expected by users from using the Game.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising between the Company and users shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Korea.

Article 11 (Data Storage and Limitation of Liability)

  1. This Game does not operate a separate server; user game progress data is stored on the local device (PlayerPrefs, etc.).
  2. If the user changes devices or deletes/reinstalls the application, data may be reset. The Company shall not be responsible for such data loss.
